I want to be very clear about how you can get a refund, as some shady companies may make a big deal of their guarantee, but then bury the info on how to take advantage of it.
You actually have two levels of protection. The first thing you would do is to request a refund from me by simply sending me an email.
But if you don’t trust me, what good is that, right? Your second level of safety is ClickBank - the payment processor. This is because included with your email receipt of your purchase is directions from ClickBank on how to get a refund. I’ve reprinted a recent one for a purchase I made below:
ClickBank Receipt: xxxxxxxxx You or a person in your household just used ClickBank to make an online purchase. Your bank statement will show a one-time $xx.xx charge by "CLICKBANK/KEYNETICS".
